Meet the Coach
Jacob Clark is the founder and head coach of Cold Springs Coaching.
I’ve spent the past 15 years training, teaching, and testing what it means to be ready in the mountains. My background runs through strength coaching, wilderness guiding, trail running, kettlebell sport, and climbing—not as disconnected chapters, but as a lived philosophy of training for what matters.
If you want flashy, you won’t find it here. But if you want deliberate, real-world preparation, welcome to Cold Springs Coaching.
His training philosophy is simple:
“Build what transfers. Cut what doesn’t.”
Our Values
- Purpose over ego – Every session has intent. We don’t train to impress—we train to perform.
- Simplicity over chaos – No bloat, no fluff. If it doesn’t move you forward, it doesn’t stay.
- Discipline over motivation – Success belongs to those who show up consistently, not just when it’s easy.
