About the Coach
Over 15 years of exploring and training in the mountains, now helping athletes build strength that lasts and endurance that holds up when it counts.
I’ve worked as a wilderness guide, strength coach, trail runner, climber, and kettlebell sport. I coach individuals who train for a reason: alpine objectives, multi-hour efforts, mountain readiness, or simply the demand to be unbreakable in the backcountry.
Every program I build is designed for people who don’t just like being outside, they rely on their body’s ability to perform in it. That means structured progression, clear intent, and zero fluff.
